Et si le yoga était finalement plus accessible que ce que vous croyiez?

   Professeure de nâtha-yoga, je propose des cours adaptés à tous, y compris aux femmes enceintes et en post-partum, pour prendre soin de soi quelque soit le contexte.

   Le yoga n'est pas une histoire de souplesse, oubliez les postures trop acrobatiques. Je vous guide vers une prise de conscience affinée, la recherche de la sensation juste: une écoute corporelle et mentale.
